A full day of Cy for one person is about 20 credits: a morning briefing (4), replies drafted for about 10 emails (10), a post or review reply (2), a quote (2) and a question about your calls (2). Over 22 working days that is about 440 credits a person. These are measured costs at Cy’s standard setting, Claude Sonnet at Medium effort. Bigger models and higher effort use more, and Cy shows the cost before each request.

1 credit = $0.01. Your plan includes credits each billing month. Included credits reset on your billing date and do not roll over.
Extra credits come in $10 steps: $10 buys 1,000 credits. Bought credits last 12 months and are used after your monthly credits.
Choose Claude Haiku 5.5, Claude Sonnet 5 or Claude Opus 5.5, and an effort level: Low, Medium, High, Extra high or Ultra. Sonnet 5 uses Sonnet 4.5 until enabled; Opus 5.5 uses Opus 5 until enabled. Bigger models and higher effort use more credits.
See a credit estimate before sending and the actual cost afterwards. When credits run out, Cy stops and offers a $10 top-up or the next plan. It never charges on its own.
Moving up takes effect at once, with a prorated charge and credits. Moving down starts on your next billing date. If your extra credit purchases reach the price difference to the next plan, Cy suggests moving up.

Calls and messages appear in your dashboard. Asking Cy about those calls in chat needs a Cy plan, from $25/month.

Do higher plans add jobs?
No. Every Cy plan includes every job. Higher plans include more credits.
How many people can share a plan?
Credits belong to your account, and everyone using Cy there draws from the same balance. A full day of Cy for one person is about 20 credits, so the $25 plan covers up to 5 people every working day and the $100 plan up to 22. The calculator on the Cy page works it out for your team.
What happens when credits run out?
Cy stops. Choose a $10 top-up or the next plan. Cy never charges on its own.
Is phone answering included?
Cy on the phone is separate: $49/month for 200 minutes, then $0.20 a minute. Chat about calls needs a Cy plan.
When is there a connection fee?
Ready-made connections to your own software cost $99–199 one-time, agreed before starting. Standard setup is free. Custom work is quoted.
Can I cancel?
No contracts. Cancel any month. We agree a handover of your information and access.
What if AI gets it wrong?
